Penfast lets you sign and fill documents on your iPhone or iPad. This policy explains what happens to your information.
Your documents
We never upload your documents. They are stored on your device and included in your own iCloud or device backup if you use one. We cannot see them. A document leaves your device only when you send or save it somewhere yourself.
Your signature and details
Your signature, initials, name and company are stored on your device so you can reuse them. We do not receive them. There is no account.
Finding the signature line
Penfast reads the page on your device to find where to sign. This happens on your device, not on a server.
Camera and Photos
The camera is used only when you scan a document. Photos are used only when you pick one. Scans and picked photos are stored as documents on your device.
Face ID
If you turn on the lock, your device checks Face ID. We never receive your biometric data.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple. We do not see your payment details. A subscription management provider receives your purchase history and a random app user ID so we can understand how subscriptions perform. This data is not linked to your name or your documents, and it is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show ads or use tracking.
Deleting your data
Delete a document by swiping it in the app, or delete all documents in Settings. Removing the app deletes its data from your device; copies in your own backups follow your backup settings. To ask about purchase data, contact us.
Children
Penfast is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to complain to a regulator. Contact us to use them.
Changes
We will update this page if this policy changes.
