By using Penfast you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions
Penfast needs an active subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refunds.
Your responsibility
Penfast is a tool for placing your signature and details on documents. You decide what you sign. Check each document before you send it, including where your signature was placed. Only sign documents you have the right to sign.
Not legal advice
Penfast does not give legal advice, does not verify or certify documents or identities, and does not promise that a recipient or court will accept a document signed with it. Ask a lawyer if you are unsure.
Your documents
Your documents are stored on your device. Keep your own copies. We cannot recover them for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Penfast to forge signatures or documents, or for anything unlawful.
Warranty and liability
Penfast is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent the law allows. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Penfast means you accept the update.
